HOME APPLICATION

• Diffusion: Add 4-6 drops to a diffuser for relaxation.
• Massage: Mix 2-3 drops with a carrier oil and massage onto temples or neck.
• Hair Care: Blend 2-3 drops with a carrier oil, massage into the scalp, leave overnight, and rinse.
• Calming Bath: Mix 4-5 drops with Epsom salt and add to warm water.
• Meditation: Apply diluted oil to pulse points for focus.
• Room Spray: Combine 10 drops with witch hazel and water, spray to create a serene atmosphere.
