This Mizani Butter Blend Sensitive Scalp Relaxer Kit is a professional two-step system designed for hair salons and experienced hairdressers. Its no-lye formula with calcium hydroxide, less aggressive than lye-based relaxers, is specifically formulated for sensitive or reactive scalps.

Enriched with arginine (a fortifying amino acid), shea butter, cocoa butter, and honey, this relaxer smooths frizzy hair for lasting results while preserving the integrity of the hair fiber. Polyquaternium-16 adds a silky, shiny finish. Each kit contains four complete applications for salon use.

How to use :

• Do not wash your hair for at least one week before straightening. Check the condition of your hair and scalp.
• Wear protective gloves. Perform a wick test beforehand.
• Mix the base cream (Item A) with the activator (Item B) until a homogeneous texture is obtained; the mixture has a shelf life of approximately 6 hours.
• Apply a protective base to the scalp, then apply the relaxer in thin sections to the most resistant area first, without touching the scalp. Respect the processing time according to the hair type (10 to 20 minutes maximum).
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then apply Mizani Balance Hair Bath neutralizing shampoo. Finish with Mizani PerpHecting Crème Normalizing Conditioner (10 minutes, without heat), then rinse.

Butter Blend Activator (Item B):

Main ingredients: Aqua (Water), Calcium Carbonate (Calcium Carbonate), must be activated with the base before application.
