L'lemon eucalyptus (Citriodora) essential oil My Mira is a 100% pure and natural concentrate, harvested on the high plateaus of south-central Madagascar, distilled in Madagascar and hand-packed in the brand's French workshop in the Ardennes.

Product Description :

Lemon eucalyptus essential oil, or Citriodora, is obtained by steam distillation of the leaves of the lemon eucalyptus tree (Eucalyptus citriodora Hook), a large tree native to Australia and now cultivated in Madagascar. Its fresh, lemony fragrance is highly valued in aromatherapy.

Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, it soothes joint and muscle pain when applied topically in a diluted form. It is also an excellent natural mosquito repellent when diffused or diluted in a carrier oil.

How to use :

• Cutaneous route: dilute 15 drops in 30 ml of vegetable oil (safflower, jojoba or sweet almond).
• For diffusion: 10 to 20 drops in a diffuser, mixed with other essential oils.
• For inhalation: a few drops in a bowl of hot water.
• Perform a skin test on the inside of the elbow 48 hours before first use.
• Not recommended for pregnant women less than 3 months pregnant or children under 3 years old.
